Irene Smith
Irene was born and raised in the picturesque town of Millbrook and lived in Peterborough while raising her family.
She has always enjoyed spending time outdoors surrounded by the beauty of nature; after camping for many years on the shores of Buckhorn Lake, the family decided to design and build their permanent home there.

Irene has always had an interest in art and began painting in 1985. Her glowing oils and tranquil watercolours capture the magnificence of the local landscape, the splendour of a summer garden and the character of the animals she creates. When not working in oils or watercolours Irene finds the time to work on architectural renderings in pen and ink or in pencil.
