Bonny is a long-time resident of the beautiful Buckhorn area.She lives in a log home that she built together with her husband Nelson, and they raised their two daughters there.
When her children were young Bonny began painting as a hobby.
She loves gardening and paints beautiful flowers and wonderful landscapes in watercolour and pen and ink.
Bonny is inspired by the local scenery and wildflowers and her gardens.
During her teaching career she enjoyed teaching art as well as other subjects in the primary grades.
She was involved with the first Buckhorn Wildlife Festival Show.
Bonny belongs to the Buckhorn Artists' Group and the Lakefield Art Groups.
